Imam Taqi ud-Din `Abdul Ghani ibn Abdul Wahid Al-Maqdisi (d. 600 AH) mentioned the following:

A Word about Az-Zubair ibn Al-`Awwam[1]

He is Abu `Abdullah Az-Zubair ibn Al-`Awwam ibn Khuwailid ibn Asad ibn `Abdul `Uzza ibn Qusai ibn Kilab. His lineage and that of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, meet at the point of Qusai ibn Kilab and the point of contact is at the fifth link.

The mother of Az-Zubair was Safiyyah bint `Abdul Muttalib, the paternal aunt of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. She became Muslim and made the Hijrah to Ethiopia, then to Al-Madinah and also prayed facing the two Qiblahs.

Az-Zubair ibn Al-`Awwam was the first one to have unsheathed a sword in the Cause of Allah. He is also known as the Hawari of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. The children of Az-Zubair ibn Al-`Awwam are the following:

1) `Abdullah. He was the first child born after the Hijrah to Muslims in Al-Madinah.

2) Al-Mundhir, 3) `Urwah, 4) `Asim, 5) Al-Muhajir, 6) Khadijah Al-Kubra, 7) Umm ul-Hasan, 8) `A’ishah. Their mother was Asma’ bint Abi Bakr As-Siddiq, the eldest daughter of Abu Bakr.

9) Khalid, 10) `Amr, 11) Habibah, 12) Sawdah and 13) Hind. The mother of these children was Umm Khalid bint Khalid ibn Sa`id ibn Al-`As.

14) Mus`ab, 15) Hamzah, 16) Ramlah. The mother of these was Ar-Ribab bint Anif of the Kalbi tribe.

17) `Ubaidah, 18) Ja`far and 19) Hafsah. Their mother was Zainab bint Bishr from the Banu Qais ibn Tha`labah.

20) Zainab bint Az-Zubair. Her mother was Umm Kulthum bint `Uqbah ibn Abi Mu`ait.

21) Khadijah As-Sughra. Her mother was Al-Jallal bint Qais from the Banu Asad ibn Khuzaimah.

The number of children were 21 in number, both men and women. Az-Zubair ibn Al-`Awwam was killed on the Day of the Camel in the year 36 AH at the age of 60 years or 66 years of age.

The Rank of the Companions

Figure 1A: The crypt of Az-Zubair ibn Al-`Awwam, one of the ten promised Paradise by name.

Regarding the identity of who fits the definition of a Companion, Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal (d. 241 AH), the last voice of the first three generations and known as the Imam of Muslim Orthodoxy, mentioned that a Companion is, “As far as the use of the expression ‘companion,’ this is any Muslim who met the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, even for a moment.”[1]

Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal (d. 241 AH), said the following of the Companions and the Household of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him:

“The Rafidah are those who disavow and renounce the Companions of Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and they also curse and consider as low the Companions, along with labelling as unbelievers the four Imams among them, namely `Ali, `Ammar, Al-Miqdad, Salman, and the Rafidah have nothing to do with Islam at all.

The Mansuriyyah are a group of Rafidah, but are more wretched and filthy than the others, as they say that whoever should kill 40 people who contradict their belief shall enter the Paradise. They terrorise the people, consider the wealth of them permissible to be seized. They further state that Jibril, peace be upon him, made a mistake when he came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, with the message. Such a thing is clear kufr, and there is no way of faith in holding this matter. We seek refuge in Allah from this matter.

There is among them the sect of the Sabiyy’ah, which is closer to those who oppose the four Imams mentioned before. They deny the description and they say that `Ali is in the clouds and will be sent before the Day of Resurrection, and this is clear lying, slander and open falsehood. The Zaidiyyah are another group with them and they disavow `Uthman, Talhah, az-Zubair and `A’ishah, believing that they must fight against any of those who resisted and went against the children of `Ali, whether they are righteous or sinful, even if they are victorious or overcome.

The Khashabiyyah say the same thing as the Zaidiyyah, but they claim that they love the Family and Household of Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, while they lie, for they hate the Family and Household of Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, more than any of the people. The only partisans and lovers of the Family and Household of Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, are the pious, and these are Muslim Orthodoxy, whoever they are and wherever they may be located. They are those who love the Family and Household of Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and all the Companions of Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.

Those who love them do not mention the Companions with any evil, flaws, hatred or sinful words. Whoever should mention the Companions of Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, with evil or hatred towards them, or disavows any of them, curses them, refuses the oath of allegiance that they gave, such a one is nothing but a member of the Rafidah, filthy and he makes others filthy.

The Rafidah label Muslim Orthodoxy as insulters of the Family and Household, yet they lie. They are the ones who deserve this title due to their insult of the Companions of the Messenger, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, by cursing and insult. They speak of the Companions in other than the truth, attribute to them things that are not true and say they are guilty of kufr and oppression. This is making a lie towards Allah, Mighty and Majestic, and making light of the right of the Messenger, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and the people doing this have more reason to be faulted and shown wrath than the Companions.” [2]

Imam Muwaffaq ud-Din Ibn Qudamah (d. 620 AH) made the following declaration using the previous texts of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal as a primer:

The best of his Ummah is Abu Bakr as-Siddiq, then `Umar al-Faruq, then `Uthman Dhun-Nurain, then `Ali al-Murtada, may Allah be pleased with all of them. This is according to what `Abdullah ibn `Umar, may Allah be pleased with both of them, narrated when he said, “We used to say while the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, was alive that the best is Abu Bakr, then `Umar, then `Uthman. When that reached him, he did not negate it.”

It was authentically narrated from (the Companion) `Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, that he said, “The best of this Ummah after its’ prophet is Abu Bakr, then `Umar, and if I wanted, I could name the third.”[3] (The Companion) Abud-Darda’, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, that he said, “The sun has never set nor rose on anyone after the prophets and messengers better than Abu Bakr.”[4]

And he had the most right to the khilafah after the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, due to his virtue and pre-eminence and the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, preferring him in the prayer over all the Companions, may Allah be pleased with him. There is the Consensus of the companions on his preference, his oath of allegiance and Allah would not gather them upon error. Then after him came `Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, due to his virtue and Abu Bakr giving the covenant to him. Then after him came `Uthman, may Allah be pleased with him, due to the people of consultation showing preference to him. Then after him came `Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, due to his virtue and the Consensus of the people of his time upon him.

These are the rightly guided successors who the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said about them, “You must follow my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the Rightly Guided Successors after me. Hold onto it stubbornly.”[5] He, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said, “The khilafah after me is thirty years.”[6] So the last of it was the khilafah of `Ali, may Allah be pleased with him.

We bear witness of the ten promised the Paradise, just as the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, testified to this for them when he said, “Abu Bakr is in Paradise, `Umar is in Paradise, `Uthman is in Paradise, `Ali is in Paradise, Talhah is in the Paradise, az-Zubair is in the Paradise, Sa`d is in the Paradise, Sa`id is in the Paradise, `Abdur-Rahman ibn `Awf is in the Paradise, Abu `Ubaidah ibn al-Jarrah is in the Paradise.”[7]

Anyone who the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, bore witness that he is in the Paradise, we bear witness of that for him, such as his statement, “Al-Hasan and Al-Husain are the two leaders of the youth of Paradise.”[8] Then there is his statement to Thabit ibn Qais, “Indeed he is from the people of Paradise.”[9]

It is from the Sunnah to show loyalty to the Companions of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, to love them, mention their goodness, ask for mercy upon them, seek forgiveness for them, and abstain from mentioning their sins, and what disputes took place between them. And one should believe in their virtue and know their pre-eminence. Allah, Exalted be He, has said, And those who come after them say, “Our Lord! Forgive us and our brothers who came before us in faith and do not put in our heart any hatred towards those who believe.”[10] The Exalted One has said, Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah and those with him are stern against the unbelievers, but merciful among themselves.[11]

The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said, “Do not curse my companions. Indeed if one of you had spend the like of Mount Uhud in gold, it would not have reached one handful of any of them nor even a half of that.”[12] [13]

ANGLOSPHERE ISLAM: She lied…then her family took action

Figure 1A: Yasmin Seweid has been charged with filing a false report. (NYPD)
Figure 1A: Yasmin Seweid has been charged with filing a false report. (NYPD)

The girl who made herself famous for declaring that she had been terrorised on the Subway home and her headscarf poked at has admitted that she lied. Her parents were also none too pleased about the fact that she lied about the incident, had a Christian boyfriend and was creeping around at parties.

The result: they shaved her head and made her appear in public as she was cuffed and brought into court.

Let’s understand this point. I know the shaved head point. It is usually done as a sign of disgrace or humiliation when someone has committed a crime that has brought disrepute upon society or the community. I know this action, because I’m Egyptian, so is she and this is what they do when you get out of pocket like this…I am partly happy/disappointed.

Happy that parents aren’t taking this garbage from their kidlets (adults that want to still live as children and be treated as such while doing adult things that have adult consequences) and bringing them to task for making an ass out of themselves, their community and Muslims at large who do at times undergo tribulations.

Disappointed as this will only make it more difficult for people to acknowledge when REAL racist or anti-Muslim attacks happen (even CAIR decided to slither away without their usual slime trail). Please see the article below and understand that there are Muslim parents with morals that are trying to hold their people accountable. Whether it is little, too late, not enough I leave for your judgement.

Muslim college student made up Trump supporter subway attack story to avoid punishment for missing curfew

NEW YORK DAILY NEWS
Updated: Thursday,
December 15, 2016, 1:30 AM

A Muslim student who said she was harassed on the subway by drunken, hate-spewing white men shouting “Donald Trump!” lied to police because she broke her curfew, law enforcement sources said Wednesday.

Yasmin Seweid, 18, joined a growing list of local and national alleged hate-crime victims when she told cops she was taunted Dec. 1 on the No. 6 train by three men who called her a terrorist and tried to snatch her hijab off her head while straphangers did nothing.

But Seweid finally broke down Wednesday and was arrested after she admitted to detectives that it was all a big lie.

“Nothing happened, and there was no victim,” a police source said.

Police sources say Seweid made up the story because she didn’t want to get in trouble for breaking her curfew after being out late drinking with friends.

Her strict, Muslim parents allegedly forced Seweid to shave her head over the incident and were upset that she was dating a Christian, sources said.

The bareheaded Baruch College student, not wearing her hijab, was charged with filing a false report and released after her arraignment early Thursday in Manhattan Criminal Court. A relative covered Seweid’s face with a black down jacket as she was escorted into a waiting SUV following her brief court appearance.

She faces up to a year in jail for each charge.

Seweid claimed a white trio mocked her and tried to tear the religious garb from her head.

She provided police a description of the suspects, one of whom cops at one point thought they spotted on video following her when she got off the subway at Grand Central Terminal.

“She had numerous opportunities to admit nothing happened and she kept sticking by her story,” a police source said.

The New Hyde Park, L.I., teen even posted an emotional account of the attack on Facebook.

“I was harassed on the subway last night,” she wrote. “And it was just so dehumanizing I can’t speak about it without getting emotional.”

For a while, police believed inconsistencies in her story to be nothing more than typical lapses by someone who was traumatized.

But the doubts increased when detectives could not find witnesses or any significant video. Then she left home and was reported missing on Thursday — only to turn up safe and sound on Friday. Suspicion went through the roof.

On Wednesday, after again being confronted with questions from detectives, she said she had made it all up, citing family problems.

Seweid admitted that she lied to throw off her parents, who are Egyptian immigrants, because they disapproved of her boyfriend, a source said.

Seweid’s father, Syeed, 55, said he didn’t know why his daughter made up the story.

“I have no idea,” he said. “She’s the one that can speak for herself.”

In a bizarre twist, Seweid’s older brother, Abdoul, was also charged with falsely reporting an incident back in 2012.

Cops said Abdoul, then 17, claimed a pal was “assaulted by three unknown males,” according to a Newsday story at the time.

He and four other teens were charged with grand larceny and conspiracy for allegedly breaking into parked cars and stealing any valuables they found.

Albert Cahn, an attorney for the New York Chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, said the twist in Seweid’s case shouldn’t take away from the legitimate claims of bias and harassment against Muslims.

“We’re very disturbed by these distressing developments, but we hope that they do not detract from the numerous reports coming from the Muslim community,” Cahn said.

“Clearly this has been a trying time for her and her family. We hope that they receive all possible support in this moving forward. We still believe that anti-Muslim attacks are underreported.”

Days after Seweid’s false report, police say an MTA worker wearing her uniform and a hijab was harassed by a passenger who called her a terrorist, and told her to “go back to your country.”

That same week, a man allegedly threatened to kill an off-duty cop after she confronted him over pushing her 16-year-old son on a Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, street. The man is accused of calling the Muslim woman “ISIS,” cursing at her and saying he would slit her throat.

Officials say there’s been a spike in the number of hate-inspired crimes in New York since Trump was elected President.

According to police statistics, reported hate crimes in the city more than doubled last month — with more than 43 cases, compared with just 20 in November 2015.

ANGLOSPHERE ISLAM: Still in Denial…So the Authorities Start to Step in…

Figure 1A: The state of Anglosphere Muslims hiding the problems that they in turn will not address.
Figure 1A: The state of Anglosphere Muslims hiding the problems that they in turn will not address.

Here is another example. Now authorities are getting involved, which will obviously bring more corruption. The more these outside authorities get involved, the more additional things they will also bring in, which will cause more imbalance. If you do not police yourself, eventually someone else will be more than happy to do it. Please feel free to take a read of this article that I have reproduced below.

Child sex abuse experts will visit London churches and mosques

Child protection experts are visiting places of worship in London as part of an attempt to ensure some faith groups’ cultural reluctance to talk about sex does not leave youngsters vulnerable to abuse.

Staff from Barnardo’s are also  concerned that religious views prizing virginity and heterosexuality make it more difficult for victims to speak out, as they fear retribution or rejection.

Places of worship, including mosques and evangelical churches, will be  visited to increase awareness of the risks and make it easier for any targeted children to seek help.

The visits, part-funded by The Big Lottery, are part of a programme called Stop It Before It Starts which was launched in Wandsworth this week.

A Barnardo’s spokesman said: “Among the borough’s diverse communities, there may sometimes be a tendency to avoid openly discussing the risk of sexual exploitation and how to respond to it.”

Serrina Lobban, who will work for the charity with Wandsworth faith and cultural groups, added: “By working closely with community leaders I hope to reach as many people as possible, helping them to understand that sexual exploitation is always a danger no  matter what someone’s faith or cultural background.”

The risk of sex abuse affecting those from religious backgrounds was highlighted in a recent Barnardo’s report, which warned that victims come from all ethnic communities, “regardless of how conservative or ‘protected’  children may appear”.  Lynn Gradwell, Barnardo’s London director, said she knew “we’re only scratching the  surface of this issue” in the capital.

NEW BABYLON: Shoot, next Plant your evidence…then Write the Report to Back it

Figure 1A: The third gang on the streets, the police. Just as gangsta as all the rest.
Figure 1A: The third gang on the streets, the police. Just as gangsta as all the rest. In this picture, they have mounted antlers on an unidentified blackman, as if they had hunted him down and shot him.

This article and the video really brought back memories of my friend Chester and I. We were hot-tailing, trying to get home and it was after the 6:30 curfew in the neighbourhood (why would the “Greatest Country on Earth in the history of man” need to have curfews on neigbourhoods in the years 88/89?) and the police chased us down. We ran through a field, me with a gallon of milk in a plastic container (I had gone to Lucky’s as per Mom’s command as one of the Egyptian desserts required milk) and Chester was empty handed.

We dove down in some grass and the police trained their spotlights on us and then also set the dogs on Chester. They would later kill him in custody while I was present. I had to ride in the backseat with the corpse.

Figure 2A: Images like this are becoming the norm everywhere in the United States. Now that the American white man sees, it, EVERYONE has to "stand up to oppression" and "stand against the globalists and the NWO" although those who are not white grew up like this every day. So what's changed?
Figure 2A: Images like this are becoming the norm everywhere in the United States. Now that the American white man sees, it, EVERYONE has to “stand up to oppression” and “stand against the globalists and the NWO” although those who are not white grew up like this every day. So what’s changed?

When they opened the passenger side back door of the police car (after I had told them that I would show them where I live and give them other people who would also be “out after curfew”), I shot out like a flash, knocked on the door of a neighbour’s house and ran through all the way to the back door, exited and escaped homeward (when I had dived in the grass, I detonated the gallon of milk and came home empty handed with the sopping wet milky clothes).

I had seen them plant a weapon on Chester after he was dead. The police report read that he was a member of the IVC (Imperial Village Crips) – which was true – but he hadn’t done any criminal behaviour in years and wasn’t when he was with me.

They further said he went for a weapon (which he didn’t. I was there when they killed him. The dogs tore him apart and then they shot him when he tried to get to a standing position to escape) and they had to discharge their pieces. He “kept coming,” so they had to set the dogs on him (this is a furtherance of the “supernigger” theory, that the average black guy is just so powerful, it takes an army to hold him back).

There was no internal inquiry (such inquiries are headed by former or currently servicing police officers, which is clearly a problem if one is trying to maintain objectivity and avoid bias) and no court case to be brought as according to the report, they acted with due diligence. So it was a “good shooting.”

This was before dash cams, mobile phones, camcorders and the like. Now we can see footage of police throwing people off buildings (like what happened to my friend Juan), killing and many other things that the blue gang just does with reckless abandon. And if you think about resisting or fighting it, you’ll look like Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th when they get a hold of you. Look at the video above.

In spite of all this filming, you still find the police and the public at large unable to objectively look at this footage, see them acting wrongly and then give them the death penalty for murder. I am sad for those murdered but happy that this stuff is being caught on film.

Too many times, I was told in my youth, “Ahhh, those people are just resisting arrest! American cops are the greatest on the planet!” Now the whole world gets to see a cop kill a suspect (who was unarmed and running away and there was NO human reason to shoot him), plant something, call for back up and write up his report without mentioning these events. Take a look and also look at the court details.

What Will It Take to Convict a Police Officer for Shooting an Unarmed Man?

In two high-profile trials—those of Officers Michael Slager and Ray Tensing—juries declined to hold cops accountable for taking the lives of civilians.

How could the trial have ended in anything but a conviction?

On April 4, 2015, the 50-year-old black motorist was pulled over in North Charleston, South Carolina, to address a broken brake light—a matter that inanely requires citizens to submit to impromptu interactions with armed agents of the state, despite the risk roadside stops pose to the safety of motorists and police officers.

The motorist, Walter Scott, unlawfully fled on foot from his 1991 Mercedes. Then Officer Michael Slager, who executed the traffic stop, pursued him on foot, drew his weapon, and shot the unarmed man in the back as he ran away.

A passerby captured what appeared to be a murder on his mobile phone camera, thought about erasing it for fear of his own safety, but decided to come forward after details of the video contradicted the police report that the officer in the case filed.

There were 1,146 people killed by American cops in 2015.In every instance where video was made public I watched it. I read about many killings, too. I never encountered a cop who behaved more egregiously than Slager.

Nor was I alone in being horror-struck at his actions.

“Officials in North Charleston have sought to calm tensions; offered condolences to the victim’s family; made no attempt to publicly defend the officer; and said they handed the investigation over to the state, though they were not obligated to do so, to ensure an impartial and independent inquiry,” the New York Timesreported.

“I have watched the video, and I was sickened by what I saw,” North Charleston’s police chief told reporters. Slager was fired, arrested, charged with murder, and held without bail. That almost never happens when cops shoot unarmed people.

But despite an unarmed victim, forensics proving he was shot multiple times in the back, a police officer who made a false report, and clear video showing the entire debacle, Slager was not convicted of murder or manslaughter in his trial this week. A lone juror spared him that fate with a refusal to convict. That triggered a mistrial.

Prosecutors say they will retry the case.

If there was a police killing last year that was comparably egregious, it was that committed by University of Cincinnati Police Officer Ray Tensing, who shot an unarmed motorist, Samuel DuBose, in the head during a traffic stop.

That killing was also captured on video. Joe Deters, the prosecutor in the case, declared, “This is the most asinine act I’ve ever seen a police officer make. People want to believe that Mr. DuBose had done something violent toward the officer; he did not. He did not at all. And I feel so sorry for his family and what they lost. And I feel sorry for the community, too.”

He added, “Purposeful killing of another, that’s what makes it murder. He purposefully killed him.” Video of the egregious killing was released to the public.
Last month that case ended in a mistrial, too.My belief is that police officers should be treated like any other person accused of a crime. In the ongoing debate about policing, defenders of the status quo frequently point out, correctly, that patrolling America’s streets is a tremendously difficult job—one that puts all who perform it in frequent contact with dangerous criminals, risking injury or death while trying to protect public safety.

Their view is that the risks involved, the difficult demands of the job, and the importance of the task to society mean cops should always be given the benefit of the doubt.

The inevitable, unspoken consequence of that view is that citizens who have interactions with cops, often Hispanic or black men, are presumed to be in the wrong.

To stack the deck against unarmed citizens who get shot is absurd.

Yet even operating under a standard in which police officers get the benefit of every reasonable doubt, it seems hard to understand why Slager and Tensing wouldn’t have been convicted of manslaughter. The fact that neither was convicted is the latest evidence that the system as it now exists does not reliably punish cops for even egregious killings.

The policy debate around policing has lately focused on the tactics and rhetoric of Black Lives Matter (while mostly ignoring its excellent Campaign Zero roadmap for policy reform). Whatever conservatives think of Black Lives Matter, it is long past time that more of them join with libertarians and liberals in an effort to address this problem:

Armed agents of the state are killing American citizens at rates far higher than other developed countries, and even when videos show them killing unarmed individuals, some are somehow getting away with it.

Elie Mystal gets this much right: “Letting cops who murder black people go free has nothing to do with the black community.” The defense attorney Scott Greenfield adds:

People need to believe in cops. It’s an irrational belief, born of their own compulsion to make sense of the world, because if an otherwise ordinary police officer had a random killer hiding beneath his badge, there would be nothing to stand between our desire for safety and the insanity of random violence that could take our life, our children’s lives, for no reason at any moment. It would be like living in The Purge, and no one would ever be able to sleep at night if that was the case.

But as Elie says, the failure to convict in this case, with this evidence, rips our comfort blanket of civility from our clutches. Whether it’s because Walter Scott was black or Michael Slager was a cop isn’t clear. What is clear is that any result other than guilt in this case tell us the system is a failure and we are left to our own devices to survive.

In these two failed prosecutions of white police officers, the most proximate failures belonged to individual white jurors.

The larger failure to hold police accountable in the United States, even in egregious cases, is a collective one, and any political movement that claims to revere individual liberty or the rights set down in the Constitution is lying to itself if it doesn’t expend effort to make things better.
